This is HG Gundam Deathscythe Hell from Mobile Suit Gundam Wing. It's not Premium Bandai's HGAC, but the HG 1/100 kit from that time.
Even looking at it now, the kit's proportions faithfully follow the lines of the design drawings, but it seems to lack a bit of the manly presence seen in the show. When I was making it, my goal was to "complete it," so I didn't have the time to pursue that level of detail, thinking "it looks similar to the design drawings, so that's fine."
In terms of modeling, just like HG Altron, I got the impression that the quality of the new parts added for Hell was a step lower than the parts in the base kit.
