This machine was created as a prototype for the Immortal Justice Gundam, and was designed with Shinn Asuka in mind when piloting it.
After taking into account the design and combat data of his personal machine, the Destiny Gundam, and verifying it with past machines, it was determined that the Perfect Strike Gundam was a similar design, and since each striker pack was stored in the Orb warehouse, these were installed on the Justice prototype, and combat data from Destiny was added to create the prototype.
A beam shield and Palma Fiocina were added to the right arm only, allowing the machine's performance to be better demonstrated when piloted by Shinn.
As a result, a common frame was used
