Made in 1991
A 600 yen, two-tone white and blue molded kit. Painting the different parts is difficult, but the charm of old kits is that when completed, you can create something completely different from the original. This kit is well-made, and I think the face and other parts really replicate the anime version. I usually paint Gundams white even if there are subtle differences, but this one is unusually painted white with a bluish white Le Mans Green finish.
Although I say 600 yen, this is actually the ZZ Gundam that originally came with the 1000 yen Full Armor Gundam. The armor is properly stored, but it hasn't been painted yet.
