I mentioned briefly last time that I used it, but at the end of last month I was able to purchase a glass coating agent that a certain modeler YouTuber had previously recommended.❗
To put it simply, it's an amazing coating that not only adds a gloss to the surface, but also fills in small scratches, makes it more resistant to dirt and fingerprints, and makes it scratch and impact resistant, with effects that last for up to 5 years.😳
The downside is that because it's so effective, it doesn't stick to paint after coating, so I think you'll want to use it in conjunction with a clear coat to add gloss, or as a final finishing touch.
I used it to protect the plated parts of my RG Exia.
