I painted the 1/144 old kit in the colors of a captured MS that appeared in the early 2000s game, "Mobile Suit Gundam Federation vs. Zeon DX."
I thought the proportions and details of the MS in the game were similar to that of the old kit, so it was a paint job I'd wanted to try someday. I'm glad that the atmosphere turned out just as I imagined.
Also, the old kits usually only came with one type of weapon, so when recreating a certain scene, it would be nice to have that, so the weapon set came in handy this time.
After all, the Gundam Hammer goes well with the Federation vs. Zeon Gundam!
