The theme of this piece is once again faithfully recreating the box art.
Since I started building Gunpla again last year, I've basically been restricting myself to building HG or RG 1/144 scale models, but after seeing the Barbatos Lupus posted by Luv, I really wanted to build an MG, so I've lifted the lid!
I have an HG F91, but even the MG isn't that big. It's a great kit, just as rumored. The modeling is good, and it's faithful to the original and well done in every way. However, it's a shame that the knee movement is so flexible. It doesn't bend all the way, so it doesn't get the angle of the box art. It's been a while since I've made an MG, so I'm excited to not only recreate the box art, but also the illustration, and I'm going with a white background this time too.
