I noticed something while making Lubris, so I'm recording it here. This time, I'd like to examine how to use Flat Clear.
Some of you may have used it, but if you use it like a top coat, it can turn white.
I looked into why this happens, and found this answer on Chiebukuro.
So I decided to test it out:
Various websites have instructions on how to spray it without turning white, but does a different procedure actually make a difference in the results? I just can't find the correct way to use it...
