I started working on the GQ Gelgoog last Wednesday.
First, I cut all the parts off the runners, processed the gates, and painted the white white, red red, yellow yellow, and black black. It was a piece of cake compared to painting the Sieg Axe (lol). It was almost finished in five days, which I think is the fastest time of my life!

On Sunday, I almost finished painting it, and I was going to coat it with semi-gloss paint. I thought I was pouring water-based thinner directly into the semi-gloss bottle that was about 1/3 full, but I accidentally poured tool cleaner into it, making the paint unusable. (⁠T⁠T⁠)
I've been stuck in traffic since Sunday evening, so it's a two-hour drive to the city just to buy paint, but it's closed... (⁠+⁠_⁠+⁠)
