To me, the Universal Century is synonymous with the fateful showdown between Amuro and Char.
This time, I tried to recreate the opening battle, Gundam vs. Char's Zaku. It was quite difficult to express the dynamic kick of Char's Zaku.
As a child, I remember cheering on Amuro with excitement in front of the TV. However, as I grew older, I found myself drawn to the burden Char was carrying and wanting to root for him. Perhaps this change in my feelings is part of the depth of the Universal Century story.
I'm happy to have been able to recreate the excitement I felt back then in Gunpla.
