This is Misa, the heroine from Gundam Breaker 3.
I tried to recreate her as best I could using Fumina from Figure-rise Standard BFT as the base.
The top image is the back of her head.
The story of Gundam Breaker 3 unfolds from the protagonist's first-person perspective, seen through the back of Misa's head, so you'll see this view plenty of times throughout the game.
