It's been a while since I last posted an old work. This is the HGAC Mercurius, the main MS(?) from the well-known "Mobile Suit Gundam Wing." I pulled it out from the shelf to photograph it.
The name Mercurius is apparently the name of the god who rules over Mercury in Roman mythology. In English it's pronounced Mercury.
Mercury...Mercury...the main character of another Gundam show came to mind, but I'll keep that to myself.
For this work, the red armor parts have been painted metallic with spray cans. The grey and pink parts are left unpainted and partially painted.
The one next to the runner photo above is from the old kit of Mercurius.
