MG 1/100 ASW-G-08 Barbatos Completed
Partial painting and emphasizing all edges aimed for a mechanical and articulated look.
The underside of the white exterior was brush-painted with black and silver to allow light transmission. The white exterior utilizes the molded color. I think the underside painting makes the photos look sharper.
The blue and red parts were painted with Gaia's Ultramarine Blue and Premium Red over a silver base coat, with Mr. Color's Smoke Gray as the top coat, and finished with a semi-gloss clear coat.
I really enjoyed this kit. I'd like to try building another one someday.
