The HG Caliburn, whose progress I've been posting about until now, is finally finished.
It's hard to tell from photos, but by applying the matte finish, the overall texture feels more unified and blended in. The volume hasn't changed at all, but it feels like it has a greater presence.
Looking up close, there are many rough edges. I haven't even tried to fill in the seams. But as my first attempt at doing more than just a quick assembly, I think it's turned out to be something I can be very satisfied with. The HG Caliburn has become a Gunpla that I feel even more attached to.
Building Gunpla is so much fun.
