This is a silver Zaku, inspired by the Zakus deployed to the front lines in the final stages of the war, amidst shortages of supplies, in response to the urgent need for them. HGGO 1/144 Zaku II C6 (Past Project, Completed 20221016)
To minimize the deterioration of the silver's shine with the topcoat, 10% clear coat was mixed into the silver topcoat.
The topcoat finish was applied with a subdued sheen.
The mono-eye and sensor are commercially available, the power pipes and instep of the feet were slightly customized, and commercially available water-slide decals were used.
