I've started painting the hair. And here's what I've been dreading!

I already posted an article in my production notes... so the thumbnail is monochrome. The hair parts were made as described in this screenshot. There are parting lines on the hair, so I sanded them off with sandpaper. The distinctive "pom-pom hair" on both sides has a slightly noticeable seam, so I dealt with that as well. For painting, I first applied primer, then oxide red and character flesh (2), then airbrushed the base color with Tamiya acrylic pink. Pink + white...
