I built the MG GP02 Physalis. While the MG Physalis sometimes doesn't have the best reputation, I think it turned out to be a very good kit after modifying it while referring to an article in Hobby Japan magazine. The main modifications I made were improving the articulation of the legs, screwing in the elbows and upper arms, and screwing the huge shield to the forearm. After actually working on it, I really appreciated the quality of the original design. The GP02's characteristic weightiness, the huge shield, and the solid silhouette are very appealing.
