The biggest difference is that the M-type has a smaller shield, so the shield size is different, as are the molded color of the beam rifle and the size of the spike shoulders.

Also, each has its own unique features in its legs.

In terms of the thinner parts, the two on the left are F-type, and the one on the right is M-type.

The M-type's hand parts are slightly smaller, and some molding has been added.
