Painting of the HG Char's Zaku Red Comet ver.
The pink color of Char's Zaku varies quite a bit depending on the kit, but I wanted a more subdued color scheme, so I went with a slightly darker pink. Personally, I think it looks better if parts that are likely made of different materials, such as the verniers and ducts, are color-separated.
This was my first attempt at seam line removal and post-assembly modification, referencing other people's examples. I think it went pretty well, but it's a little disappointing that some of the paint chipped off when I forced the parts together during assembly.
