I've been avoiding MG kits because I don't have much storage space at home, but I happened to see one in a store and couldn't resist buying it.

I'll never forget Christmas when I was in fifth grade. It was the height of the first Gundam model kit boom. Even lining up early in the morning, it was hard to get a kit. Yet, somehow, my parents managed to get a 1/144 Char's Zaku and weapon set, and left it by my pillow on Christmas morning. I was so happy.

That's why Char's Zaku holds a special place in my heart.
