Clear parts are fine as they are, but I heard that painting the back with silver makes it look more mechanical, so I decided to try it for the first time. With SD models, you really have to think carefully about which parts will be on the back.

Painting only the back is surprisingly difficult because you end up with paint bleeding. I underestimated it. I thought it would be as simple as just spraying on some silver.

But even with a rough finish, it looks pretty cool, so I'm happy with it.
