It feels like just yesterday we were talking about the 40th and 45th anniversaries, but now it's almost half a century since Gundam first aired. We've been seeing some movement in the project little by little for a while now.

So, here's the 45th anniversary Earth Color Gundam. I bought it at an event in Shinjuku. I've done some partial painting.

I wonder what kind of event and limited edition Gunpla will be released for the 50th anniversary. If they release a Gunpla that perfectly recreates the Gundam drawn by Yasuhiko or the Gundam drawn by Kunio Okawara, I'll definitely buy it.
