I created this by mixing the Revive version of the BD2, imagining a modified version of the BD2 from the manga.
My understanding is that the BD2 and BD3 units in the manga are not based on the Ground Type Gundam, but rather on the RX-80. While there is a Pale Rider with the same model number, they are different units despite some similarities.
The BD2 unit was then modified using Zeon's technology, adding equipment from the Efreet Custom for the final battle, resulting in the "Blue Destiny Unit 2 Modified (tentative)."
