I painted the base colors of the old 1/144 Best Mecha Collection Zaku kit... Some of you might be surprised here, right? That's right! This time I'm going for a real-type color scheme!

I masked off the areas that I had previously painted with Phantom Gray.

Then I painted it with an airbrush!

For the brown on the fuselage, I used a mixture of red-brown with a small amount of black.

For the green parts, I used the Japanese Army aircraft color scheme.
