You can actually easily create a glow-in-the-dark effect without using phosphorescent paint!
Simply cut and stick phosphorescent tape, which you can buy at a home improvement store or on Amazon, and it will glow beautifully. (It glows even brighter when exposed to a black light.)
The photo shows it applied to a standard Caliban, but it's an easy way to make it look even cooler, so I recommend it!
(I wanted to take a better picture, but this is the best my current smartphone camera can do.)
