Now that I've finished filling in the holes with epoxy putty, I'm going to start working with plastic sheets. First, the ankle guard part (if you want to call it that) looks like it's cut off midway, so I decided to extend it by attaching a 0.5mm plastic sheet.
I sketched out the cutting idea and then cut the plastic sheet accordingly.
I cut it to match the crank shape, and the length was about 5mm.
However, this was too short, and the bridging part interfered, preventing me from attaching it, and my heel hit it when I moved my foot, so I decided to revise it.
I doubled the length to 10mm and reattached it.
