It's just a snap-fit ​​assembly, with panel lining done using Gundam Marker panel lining pens.
I created this because I wanted to make a Ball with fish eyes for underwater use, since they weren't released in HG (High Grade) scale.
However, I wanted to create an underwater type based on my own interpretation, without claws, etc.
I used a round head and underwater lights on both arms to represent eyes...
