This is the 8th installment, but following my own rules, the categories are now by generation and by anime series, as they were last time. Basically, I can't include MS that have been selected as top picks in the past, so it's gradually becoming patchy, and I'm struggling with my own rules, thinking, "This one doesn't fit anywhere!" and "It's hard to include Gundam!", but since I'm just doing it on my own, I've come to the conclusion that "Oh well." So, here are the rankings!
