I tried to finish Gunvolva from Witch of Mercury in a two-tone gold and gunmetal color. I inserted the effect parts into the beam gun to recreate the moment it is firing. I used chipping on the shield to make it look like the paint has peeled off. I also added scratches from rubble and other debris to the feet. I used chipping and dry brushing to create areas that are likely to be damaged, mainly around the corners of the parts. The grey chipping on the gold was not very noticeable. It's barely noticeable from a distance. I think black would have been better. Grey and silver are good for expressing a metallic feel. Beam gun
