This is a mix of the GM Sniper II and the Hazel. The overall proportions have been changed to give it a more massive look. The modification process and painting recipe are posted on my blog, so please check it out if you're interested!

The legs only use the Hazel's knees, so I narrowed them to match the GM Sniper.
The backpack is a mix with the Spartan. Hmm, it's an assault type.

It has a bit of a Dominance feel to it, doesn't it?
