Builders Note Community Guidelines

These are the community guidelines ("Guidelines") for Builders Note.
These Guidelines explain what is and isn't allowed on Builders Note, and apply to all types of content in Builders Note—images, comments, links, or behavior inside the community. If we determine your post violates these Guidelines, BANDAI SPIRITS Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "we" or "our company") may—without notice—review your posts at any time, whether before or after publication, change or delete it (in part or whole), or disclose it to government agencies or other third parties if necessary.

Builders Note is a community centered around Gundam plastic models ("Gunpla"), where fans gather and expand the possibilities of Gunpla activities.
Through communication using Gunpla, we aim to broaden techniques, ideas, and knowledge, and help everyone enjoy Gunpla even more. Our whole operations team works toward making that community real.

On Builders Note, you are free to post content featuring Gundam or Gunpla, or themed around Gunpla building. (Please respect the recommended age range for the product.)
However, the following posts or actions are prohibited:

Prohibited posts and actions:
1. Posts unrelated to Gundam, Gunpla, or Gunpla building
2. Posts using Gunpla but where Gundam or Gunpla are not the main focus
3. Posts featuring knock‑off or counterfeit Gunpla or Gundam products, or accessories claiming to be for Gundam/Gunpla without rights holder permission
4. Posts whose entire or majority of creation process relies on AI-generated content
• This includes prompting generative AI, using its output, combining it, or making slight edits—but is not limited to those examples.
However, content generated via features provided within Builders Note is exempt.
5. Posting identical or very similar content repeatedly in a short time
6. Posts or comments that make others uncomfortable, or impose your values
7. Obscene or sexually explicit posts or comments
8. Discriminatory posts or comments
9. Posts or comments about religious practices or political activities
10. Content infringing third‑party intellectual property rights
ex: posts clearly featuring non‑Gundam copyrighted characters
11. Any content or actions that violate the prohibitions set forth in the Terms of Service.

If a violation is confirmed, we may delete your post, suspend your account, or limit access to certain features.

Builders Note aims to bring together users with diverse values and styles.

One of Gunpla’s biggest features is that you don’t need glue or paint to assemble it—just nippers and a colorful result.
Build, paint, pose, edit photos—each part is up to you. Feel free to post your creative expression.

On Builders Note, we encourage sharing your daily build progress, highlighting special features of your work, exchanging advice to reach higher skill levels, and more.
Enjoy the community that comes from being surrounded by fellow Gunpla enthusiasts.

• Use comments and topics
Feel free to ask questions about others’ clever ideas, ask what you don’t understand, or inquire about something in someone else’s work. If someone asks you a question you can answer, try to respond kindly.
Builders Note is a place to enable all kinds of communication around Gunpla—please make use of it.
