Builders Note Campaign Terms

These terms apply to the campaign (hereinafter “Campaign”) conducted for customers participating in the “Builders Note” community (hereinafter “Builders Note”) operated by BANDAI SPIRITS Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “the Company”) Hobby Division.
Customers wishing to participate in the Campaign must read and agree to these terms before entering. If the customer is a minor, please be sure to review these terms together with their legal representative (e.g., parent or guardian) and apply only after obtaining consent from the legal representative.

・Applicants must be individuals residing in Japan at the time of application (prizes will only be shipped within Japan).
・Minor applicants must obtain parental consent to apply.
・In addition to these terms, any notices, rules, or application conditions displayed on the campaign site, etc. (“Notices”) will apply. If there is a conflict between these terms and the Notices, the Notices will take precedence.
・If any act violating these terms is discovered, your winning status may be canceled even after prize notification.

・One account may not be shared by multiple people to apply.
・Winners will be notified via Builders Note DM. Please do not miss it.
・If winners do not complete the specified procedures by the notified deadline, the winning rights will be forfeited.
・Please note that we are unable to respond to individual inquiries regarding the results.
・Announcement of winners will be made once prizes are prepared, so it may take some time before the announcement.
・For prize shipping, winners must register with a Bandai Namco ID. If correct shipping information is not entered, winning rights may be invalidated.
・If your address, name, etc. are not entered correctly or your address changes due to moving, and delivery is not possible, winning rights may be invalidated.
・If you apply with multiple accounts, use someone else’s account, or fraudulently use another person’s account or personal information, winning rights will be revoked.
・If any actions violate the Builders Note Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, winning rights will be revoked.
・Minors must obtain guardian consent when applying to this campaign.
・By entering the Campaign, minors are deemed to have obtained consent from their guardian.
・If false or incorrect information is entered in your Bandai Namco ID or campaign registration data, or if the Company deems participation fraudulent, registration may be invalidated and winning may be revoked.
・Campaign details/schedule and prize specifications may change without notice.
・We cannot respond to loss or damage of prizes after delivery.
・Prize design/specifications may change without notice.
・Resale or transfer of prizes to third parties is prohibited.
・The Company shall not be held responsible for any issues or disputes arising from the resale or transfer of prizes.

Personal information obtained through participation in this project will be used for the following purposes.
・To manage applications for this project
・To respond to inquiries to the project office, contact applicants, and notify winners
・To display the applicant’s Builders Note account name and other information when the Company uses submissions
・To ship gifts to recipients
・Personal information obtained will not be provided to third parties except with consent, as required by law, or when necessary for use of submissions as stated in these terms.
・Other matters not specified above will be handled according to the Company’s privacy policy.
